Individual Counselling

Most individuals I work with are looking for help to manage their emotional challenges: depression, anxiety, anger, grief and mood swings.
Some are seeking confidence, increasing their happiness and decreasing the control perfectionism or addiction might have on their life.
I work with many people who constantly struggle with prioritizing themselves and are desperately looking for something to change, but do not know where to start or how to make changes stick.
They want independence and freedom as well as connection and belonging with self or a greater power, seeking balance and support with everyday challenges.

Relationship Counselling

You may think that you have to learn to communicate better or be less “this way” and more “that way” for relationships to no longer feel so hard, and that conflict will resolve by behavior change, but that’s not how it works!
The individuals I work with often look for support around communication and conflict resolution to change the way they react and relate in their relationships. For example, healing from betrayal can trigger trust and commitment issues or co-dependency and over committing by saying “yes” to everything. The truth is relationships trigger surprising and painful feelings regardless of the relationship, be it with our partner, kids, parents, siblings, friends or colleagues. This is heightened for people who have had challenging family relationships in childhood.
Relationships are a gateway to what we have learned along the way about who we are, who we fear we are or are not, and the way we feel about ourselves. We are able to take control by healing the root of these underlying painful feelings that rise up in you and I would like to help.
