15 minute phone consultation: FREE
Individual Session (50 mins): $150

Brief telephone calls (administrative i.e. appointments and documents): FREE
Telephone calls (therapeutic): Rate of a session charged in 15 minute increments
PAYMENT
Payment is due prior to the start of the session. Credit card and debit Visa are accepted methods.
INSURANCE
Knot Alone is covered under most extended health insurance plans because counselling services can be claimed under a Registered Psychotherapist, however please check with your insurance provider or plan to ensure you have coverage for psychotherapy. Insurance companies are not billed directly. Clients submit receipts to their insurer to be reimbursed.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel your appointment at least 48 business hours before your appointment, not including holidays or weekends (Saturday & Sunday). If you cancel, do not show up or reschedule less than 48 business hours, not including holidays or weekends, you will be charged the full rate of the session.
